Ministry Staff

Pastor Joe Lemmons came to Lake Shipp Baptist Church in March of 2013.

He grew up in southern middle Tennessee and graduated from Middle Tennessee

State University with a degree in communications. In 2008 he completed his Masters

of Divinity from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Joe has served on staff

at churches in Tennessee and Florida. He and his wife Becky have two children;

Madelynn (Madie) Grace and William (Will) James.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Leah Springer- Administrative Assistant

 

 

Leah Springer is a loving wife to Jason and mother to Karis. 

The Springer family joined Lake Shipp Baptist in 2009. She

uses her gifts of decorating and organizing to bless others. 

Leah has served a variety of different positions from a director

of a preschool to a NASA Grant Assistant. Leah enjoys outdoors

when it comes to gardening, bicycling and traveling. She has

learned over the years to pray for everything even when things

don’t make sense. With a caring heart she looks to help her community.
